  • Step 1: Get in touch. Start by contacting Sprekershuys. You can submit a request via our booking form, call us at +31 30 304 0025, or reach us by email (info@sprekershuys.nl) or chat.
  • Step 2: Discuss possibilities. After receiving your request, we discuss your needs and gather important details such as date, location, time, and theme. Based on this information, we send a proposal, invite speakers, and provisionally reserve an option.
  • Step 3: Draft the agreement. Once the choice of speaker or moderator is finalized, we share the agreement with you.
  • Step 4: Pre-meeting. In a pre-meeting, you discuss the key content points with the speaker. This ensures a valuable lecture for you and the participants.
  • Step 5: Final details. We take care of practical matters two months in advance, just like for the pre-meeting.
  • Step 6: Event day. The speaker arrives well in advance at the venue, ready to start.
  • Step 7: Evaluation. After the lecture, we contact you to review how everything went and to gather feedback.
