Hanna Verboom

Hanna grew up in East Africa as the daughter of development workers. There she discovered at a young age the power of stories to build bridges between worlds and perspectives. That experience remains at the heart of her work today as a filmmaker, entrepreneur, and speaker. With her film platform Cinetree and documentaries such as Her Story, My Story and Uit de schaduw , she brings underexposed themes to light in an accessible way.
