Ben knows better than anyone how to apply a top sports mentality to digital innovation and business success. As a former professional speed skater — and runner-up at the 1990 World Allround Championships — he learned how to perform under pressure, push boundaries, and deal with setbacks. That experience forms the common thread in his work as an entrepreneur and speaker. After his sports career, Ben worked at Vodafone and WebAds, studied Dutch Language and Literature, and completed an MBA. Since 2010, he has been Commercial Director at Triple IT, the market leader in mobile streaming. In addition, he founded startups, writes weekly columns for BNR Nieuwsradio, and co-hosts the technology podcast De Technoloog.
