Diederik Samsom is a speaker, strategist, and frontrunner in the energy transition. As a former party leader of the PvdA and chief of staff to European Commissioner Frans Timmermans, he was closely involved in the creation and implementation of the European Green Deal. About Diederik Samsom

Diederik Samsom has dedicated his entire career to sustainability and social leadership. From nuclear physicist to climate activist, from Member of Parliament to strategist in Brussels: time and again he has been at the frontline of change. He played a key role in the European climate plans and is now a strategic advisor at Gasunie, where he contributes to the future of our energy infrastructure.
