About Vivianne Bendermacher

Vivianne Bendermacher is the founder of Techionista. Together with her co-founder Tamira van Roeyen, she works to empower women through technology, including organizing reskilling programs for women in collaboration with companies such as Microsoft.

Vivianne is also a tech expert at RTL Boulevard and a tech columnist for Technisch Weekblad. She shares her enthusiasm on stage as a speaker or host.

KIJK

At just 26, Vivianne became editor-in-chief of the science magazine KIJK, making her the youngest editor-in-chief in the Netherlands at that time. At 33, she decided to take a different path, leaving her role as editor-in-chief of the women’s magazine VIVA to fully focus on her company Techionista.

Techionista

Vivianne aims to give technology in the Netherlands a more female face. She believes this is necessary, as the world of technology and digital innovation remains male-dominated. Through Techionista, she encourages women to explore technology and innovation, helping them develop new careers via reskilling programs and other initiatives.
