About Aran Bade
After graduating from the School of Journalism, Aran gained broad experience at major media organizations. He completed an internship at RTL Nieuws and worked closely with correspondent Erik Mouthaan in New York. He subsequently worked as a producer for Conny Mus in Jerusalem. This international foundation is reflected in his approach: he is content-driven, well-prepared and experienced in operating in dynamic environments.
Since 2013, Aran has been connected to RTL Boulevard. First as a reporter, and since 2018 as an entertainment expert. As a result, he is visible almost daily to a large audience. He attends premieres, red carpets and exclusive events, but is equally strong in the studio, where he provides context and analysis on current events. Aran is not simply a messenger of press releases. He analyses, asks sharp questions and follows up when necessary.
More than just a journalist
Aran is also known as the leading Dutch Eurovision Song Contest expert. Since 2014, he has reported annually on the Eurovision Song Contest and is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable experts in this field. Beyond his journalistic work, he also shows his versatility in other areas. He participated in De Verraders, The Connection, Make Up Your Mindand achieved fourth place in Het Perfecte Plaatje. These experiences demonstrate not only his media skills, but also his courage, self-deprecating humour and versatility.
