We live in complex times in which challenges follow one another rapidly. They are also interconnected and influence each other: the economy, climate, technology, (European) legislation, financial security, equality and politics. In a changing context like this, determining the right position can be challenging.
In this session, Eva facilitates a Future Positioning exercise. Constellations are also known from family constellations and social constellations. In Eva’s constellations, the future takes centre stage. It is a method that helps groups develop a shared vision of the future in relation to a complex challenge. Together with a manager, team or CEO of an institution, company, foundation or government organisation, Eva works on this during an annual closing, strategy day, stakeholder session or team day. In the Future Positioning exercise, the desired future takes an important place, as do the opportunities and obstacles.
Eva has previously worked with themes such as: the city of the future, (wise) technology, the labour market, sustainable work, political tensions, education, tax shifts to reduce pollution and support employment, the repair economy, future-proof leadership and the sustainable HR manager.
Most people are familiar with constellations through family constellations or systemic therapy. In this session, Eva uses techniques from family constellations (Bert Hellinger) and also draws on knowledge and experience from Causal Layered Analysis (Sohail Inayatullah), Theory U (MIT) and Design Thinking (Tim Brown and Dave Kelley).
‘Energetic and with a touch of humour’ is what Eva often hears about her work as a moderator and debate leader. She knows how to keep the event she leads on track, while maintaining energetic interaction and freedom for both speakers and the audience. Her style is characterised by determination, creativity and connection.
Eva uses interaction creatively at events. She draws on her qualities as a training actress: know the audience, know the speakers, know the client and know the objectives of the event! She places great value on thinking along with the client and thorough preparation to ensure that the right objectives are achieved.
Clients describe Eva as enthusiastic. She asks witty questions and connects the different parts of the day in an engaging way, with a distinctive and disarming personality that completes the experience.
Eva Helmond has a strong affinity with Human Resources Management, science, young professionals, philosophy, sustainability, innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship. As a debate leader, interviewer, speaker and moderator, she is determined, improvisational and creative.
Which professions are emerging today, and why do we not always see them yet in this interconnected world? Eva shows how changes are already taking place and what this means for organizations.
Why does not all work have the same value, and what does this mean for the economy, policy and financial security in the long term?
How skills, craftsmanship and societal value come together, and what this requires from organizations and workers.
From insulation specialist to urban miner and from community carer to caregiver. Eva makes visible which new roles are emerging in a sustainable and changing society.
From smart to wise technology. What does this require from organizations and workers, and how can you make conscious choices?
