About Ranomi Kromowidjojo

Ranomi Kromowidjojo is one of the most successful Dutch swimmers of all time. She broke through at international level at a young age and went on to become a consistent presence among the world’s elite. After winning Olympic gold in the relay in Beijing, she firmly established her name in London, where she secured two gold medals and one silver. Her exceptional career received further international recognition in May 2026, when she was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame. During the annual Honoree Induction Ceremony in Fort Lauderdale, she joined the Class of 2026. It is one of the highest honours in swimming and confirms her lasting impact on the international sport.
