Sessions

Loek feels completely at home on stage. His years of experience as an actor in theatre come in handy on the speaker stage. During an inspirational session, Loek takes you back to the beginning of his acting career and the journey that brought him to where he is today. Through his experiences at theatre school and anecdotes from his work, he talks about collaboration, responsibility, and the joy of performing, leading to the creation of his lecture: “Make Others Better”. He inspires and challenges employees and management. Along the way, he provides effective tools for servant leadership and employee entrepreneurship that can be applied directly within your organization.

‘Make Others Better’ is a concrete, immediately applicable way of thinking and working. It turns empathy into action and encourages employees to become self-starters, while greatly strengthening the sense of togetherness within a team. It is an approach to servant leadership and employee entrepreneurship that can be understood, embraced, and put into practice by everyone. Just wait and see how, the day after Loek’s lecture, you will look at your work and performance from a completely different perspective. He takes you along and teaches you to see a new vision for collaboration in the future. He challenges and inspires you, but also gives you clear tools to prepare for a new way of working and living.
