Author

In 2024, Philip and his partner Beirem were invited by publisher Wiley (New York) to write a book. This led to the global publication of The Dynamics of Business Behavior with 18 evidence-based interventions for organizational change. In November 2025, the Dutch edition Gedragsgericht Veranderen will be published by Verhaal met Impact.

 

It contains over 40 interviews with industry leaders and scientists to provide a behaviorally informed toolkit for fostering positive and lasting change, with step-by-step guides for 18 evidence-based interventions.

 

Music Experience

With more than 20 years of experience in music, Philip is regularly on stage playing Gypsy jazz guitar with his brother or, with the same passion for the stage, giving guest lectures at universities and international conferences.
