Beirem (1994) is half Dutch, half Tunisian. Until the age of 19, karate was central to his life, including a 3rd place finish at the World Championship. He started his entrepreneurial journey at 19, graduated in International Business Administration, lived in Japan for six months and then fully committed to entrepreneurship.
Early years as an entrepreneur
To gain experience, Beirem founded three small companies within two years. In addition, he launched Think Tank United, a community of 100+ creative thinkers who broadened each other’s perspectives in more than 35 sessions. At the time, applied psychology was mainly a passion, but the foundation for his later work was established.
Neurofied
In 2018, he founded Neurofied with the mission to apply behavioral psychology and neuroscience to organizational change and personal development. Today, Neurofied works with organizations such as Bol.com, Johnson & Johnson, Calvin Klein and ABN AMRO to drive higher performance while keeping people at the center. He runs this together with cognitive neuropsychologist and brain expert Philip Jordanov.
Global author
In 2024, Beirem and Philip were approached by publisher Wiley (New York) to write a book. This resulted in the global publication of The Dynamics of Business Behavior, featuring 18 evidence-based interventions for organizational change. In November 2025, the Dutch edition Gedragsgericht Veranderen, published by Verhaal met Impact, will be released.
