Sacha started her career as a recruiter in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district, where her leadership talent was quickly recognized. This recruitment and relocation agency expanded into a business with more than 20 employees and significant revenue. Her passion for inclusion and diversity led to the creation of House of Inclusion, through which she helps organizations foster inclusive workplace cultures through training, workshops, and strategic advice.
