Rob and Joep once wrote the book How Do I Become More Successful Than My Colleague?. For this, they looked at the serious science behind the factors that influence someone’s success. Based on that, they created the programme above. Do not be put off by the word “science”. It is very accessible and widely appreciated.

We test participants as they make choices and show how they are influenced by us while making those choices. Think of topics such as peer pressure, fear, overconfidence, poor memory and automatic behaviours. This is a funny, educational and sometimes slightly confronting interactive programme. Ideal as a cheerful and energetic closing session for a study day or conference.

Through their step by step approach, Rob and Joep connect participants with each other by using all kinds of exercises and assignments. The connecting element lies in finding funny similarities between participants, sharing guilty pleasures, embarrassing moments, who can do something funny with their body, etc. All input from participants is voluntary and takes place via the participation form.
