Michel Verheijden is a versatile improvisational comedian and change expert with more than 30 years of experience. He began his career with the improvisational theatre group ‘Pluk de dag’, with which he became Dutch improvisation champion twice. He later gained fame under the name Mier, performing more than 3,000 shows for a wide range of organisations.
Throughout his career, Michel became increasingly fascinated by the dynamics of change, both on a personal and organisational level. He discovered that the skills he used on stage to remain flexible and get into the flow could also be highly valuable in other situations. This led to an in-depth exploration of resistance to change and how people can better adapt to new circumstances.
