Adam Kingl is known for challenging the conventional boundaries of business thinking. His first book, 'Next Generation Leadership' (HarperCollins, 2020), investigates how younger generations are transforming leadership expectations and practices. His upcoming third book, 'Executive Eats' (2026), written in collaboration with biochemist Jakub Radzikowski, explores nutrition and performance for busy professionals.

Adam Kingl has held leadership roles in some of the world’s top business schools. He is Adjunct Faculty at University College London School of Management, affiliate faculty at London Business School and the Møller Institute at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, and a guest lecturer and programme director at Imperial College Business School. He previously served as Regional Managing Director at Duke Corporate Education (Duke University) and Executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions at London Business School, where he led flagship programmes including the Accelerated Development Programme.

In addition to his academic roles, Adam has worked with over 100 leading global organisations including Accenture, BBC, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Disney, HSBC, L’Oréal, McDonald’s, Oracle, Shell, Siemens, UBS, and Virgin Australia. His consulting and advisory work spans industries such as finance, energy, retail, healthcare, aviation, media, and technology.

He is a frequent contributor to major media outlets including 'The Financial Times', 'Forbes', 'The Guardian', 'Fast Company', and 'HR Magazine', and has spoken at high-profile events such as the World Expo Business International in Milan, the Future Talent Conference, the QSP Summit, and many corporate leadership summits.
